Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

I'm not the friendliest person when I initially wake up but this sure does help.
Ever since I was a child, I absolutely despise being disturbed during my slumber. Quite honestly, I just find it rude that you would wake anyone for reasons outside of death and/or disaster, but that's another topic for another day.

Since I know and accept that I am grumpy when I awake, I try to find different ways to help me deal with the rest of the world while I am in the process of waking up. One of my favorite solutions, Blueberry Pineapple Smoothies.

There's something amazing that happens to my brain when I take my first sip and I'm instantly able to tolerate mornings better. Blueberries help with belly fat, preserve vision, heart health, lowers blood sugar and it's considered a brain food- which is what I attribute to that amazing feeling my brain gets at first sip. So, let's make it already! You'll need:
1 Cup of frozen (or fresh) blueberries. If you use fresh blueberries, you'll want to add 3-5 cubes of ice
1/2 Cup of Pineapples
1/2 Cup of Orange, Apple or Pineapple Juice
1/3 Cup of Vanilla Yogurt
Sugar to taste

Throw it all in a blender and mix it up. Simple right?
