Quick & Easy Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip‬


I would love to say I threw this recipe together at the last minute because I forgot to make an appetizer for a dinner party... but that's not my testimony. The truth is, I was starving and didn't want to go to the grocery store at that moment because I had a migraine headache. It was one of those "open the fridge, hoping food would miraculously appear, yet all you have are condiments staring back at you" situations.

For some reason, I really wanted Spinach Dip. And wouldn't you know there was a package leftover from my Crock Pot Spinch Lasagna recipe and most dips are made from some combo of condiments. Won't He Do It?

I apologize there aren't more pics but I did manage to mentally note the recipe to share it with you.

You will need:
10oz package of thawed Spinach
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 TBSP Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
(or 1/4 CParmesan Cheese with 1/2 C Shredded Cheese)
1/8 Cup Water (optional; add more water to make a creamier dip)
Season to Taste

Place all ingredients in microwave or oven safe container. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or microwave for 5-7 minutes. Stir it all together. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
Makes 3 Servings.
