Slow Cooked Crock Pot Spinach Lasagna

Super Yum-tasticness!


Since the seasons haven't completely changed yet and I really didn't want to turn on the stove in 90+ degree weather, I thought I'd share one of my  FAVORITE recipes with you, Crock Pot Spinach Lasanga. It only 10 minutes to put together and it's a really great for any time of year!

I N G R E D I E N T S: 
1 Pound Ground Meat, fully cooked
1 Jar Pasta Sauce
1 Package Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
1 Pound Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg, beaten
10 oz package of frozen Spinach (thawed)
Italian Seasoning to taste

D I R E C T I O N S:
1.Brown Ground Meat.
2. In a seperate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded 
cheese,egg and seasonings/spices and mix well
3. Spray the crock pot with cooking spray, and begin layering ingredients: a) sauce b) uncooked lasagna noodles c) ricotta cheese mixture d) spinach e) meat f) shredded cheese
4. Repeat layers 2-3 more times. Top with remaining meat, sauce and cheese.
5. Cook on low for three hours (or high for 1.5 hours), any longer will overcook the noodles. Serves 8
