Homemade Spicy Guacamole

 The picky eaters guide to amazing spicy guacamole.
You may, or may not, know that I have struggled with the appearance of green foods most of my life. For some reason, I have the idea that green mashed foods taste like dirt. I also believe I had a few too many bad experiences with green vegetables as a kid.
Because of this irrational misconception, I have challenged myself to actually try various green foods to see if I really don't like it or if I have been psyching myself out. If you haven't figured it out by now, I have accepted my own challenge and even made my own guac from scratch.... And if you can't tell by now, I like it (I'm even eating it as an appetizer!). Plus, I even got the nod of approval from my boo thang! (That's how you know it's actually good).
Cut 4 small, or 2 large, avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh out of the shells into a large bowl. Immediately add your favorite seasonings to taste - I used pepper, Tony Chachere's creole seasoning, Dave's Gourmet Insanity Hot Sauce, McCormick's Grill Mates Fiery 5 Pepper Seasoning and lemon juice (I can't put exact measurements because I kept throwing stuff in the bowl until it tasted amazing to me, you should do the same!)  - and mix it all together with a potato masher.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Quick. Easy. Amazing.
