Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

All because I had leftover pumpkin puree.

I don't drink coffee often, but when I do I always want the limited edition stuff that's no longer in season.

After a semi-massive grocery trip, I stumbled upon some leftover pumpkin puree from my marbled pumpkin cheesecake bars recipe while I was rearranging the freezer.

I'm glad I found it because today was one of those icky, gloomy days that made me want to curl up with a hot drink, a big cozy blanket and Netflix.

After a few quick Google searches, I combined a few recipes to make my very own version of Pumpkin Spice Latte, and I'm happy to report it tastes just as good as Starbucks.
