Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal

I wanted cookies for breakfast.

There are times when I'm random enough to want dessert for breakfast. On days like these, I try to find a compromise so I can still get the most important meal of the day and satisfy my sweet tooth. Not to mention, I'm vegetarian this week, so this is definitely a plus for my diet.

Since I change my mind every 2 seconds about what I want to eat during any given meal, I prefer making single serve batches as the mood hits, but you can definitely make a bigger batch and store it in an airtight container like a mason jar, if you'd like.

1/3 Cup Quick-Cooking Oats
2 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Raisins
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1 dash of Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Water

Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook on HIGH for 1 1/2-2 minutes.
