Get Healthy with Me {Yoga}

Since we're 28 days into the new year, I guess now is as good of time as any to get back into my health and fitness journey. I have come to the realization that when I don't do any form of exercise, I tend to have a lot of extra energy that tends to go into worrying. I really hate worrying because it's pointless and takes away from productivity. Not to mention, it can even shave years off of your life! And I really need all the life I'm supposed to have because I gots stuff ta do. Ya feel me?

To help get back in the swing of things, I decided to take it nice and slow with yoga. I recently discovered one of my favorite YouTubers, YogawithAdriene, has a phenomenal series for anyone who wants to join in on the yoga movement. It doesn't matter if your a beginner or an expert, this girl has got you covered. Follow her videos (day 1-7) to see what I mean.
