Broccoli Stir Fry

Yum-Yum-Yummity-Yum-Yum.

While I was on my vegetarian kick a few weeks ago, I posted on Instagram that I was making broccoli stir fry. Since there have been so many people that expressed interest on how I made it, I wanted to give you my method. I am aware that I can go to a restaurant and just order it, but I prefer making stir fry at home because I don't like how greasy it is when others make it. Also, when I figured out it literally takes 2 minutes to make, I got discouraged from driving 10 minutes and paying an extra $5 to have someone else make it.

I made mine without meat, but you can definitely tweak the recipe to add your favorite meat. 


I N G R E D I E N T S
1 package of Frozen Broccoli Stir Fry
1/2 Cup Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 cupful of Frozen Broccoli (optional)
1 Egg
Serve over Rice

D I R E C T I O N S
1. Make rice in microwave or on stove top.
2. Place 1 Tbsp of oil in fry pan.
3. Combine all other ingredients in a fry pan, or wok, and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. 
4. Serve stir fry over rice. Season to taste.

This has to be one of the quickest and easiest recipes I've made to date. And it's good! Will you give it a try?
