My chicken arms need some help!

Did you enjoy week 1? Well,  it's week 2 and I hope you're ready to work those arms! This is a very easy workout that you can do while you watch your favorite shows. Do as many sets as you can during the commercial breaks. Remember, commercials are generally :30 seconds to 1 minute long, so you should be able to do at least 1 full set. Or if you're feeling really fancy, use the alarm clock on your phone.
