Back to the basics.
When I was in high school, my family came to visit us for the holidays and my Aunt changed my life when she introduced me to a new way of making spaghetti. Prior to that we were just eating
I have never been able to duplicate her version, so I made my own - without the questionable 'meat crumbles.' (*insert side eye*)
Generally, I can have it done in under 20 minutes, because I pre-cut and freeze the vegetables.
I N G R E D I E N T S
1/2 of a Bell Pepper
1/2 of a Tomato
1/4 of an Onion
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning
1 handful Shredded Cheese
1 Can of Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
D I R E C T I O N S
1. Saute Bell Pepper, Tomato, Onion and Minced Garlic in 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil.
2. Add Seasonings, Cheese and Pasta Sauce. Stir well
3. Serve with pasta and top with parmesean cheese.
