Easy No Bake Lemon Tart

Who doesn't love a fruit pie?
It's been a while since my last dessert post, which means I'm getting better with eating sugar in moderation. Since I always forget every major holiday (even though it's on EVERY calendar), I often have to find a tasty and easy dessert to quickly whip up. If you're the type of person that likes to throw big shindigs, you already know that can be stressful, but if you're an old pro, you realized the value of no bake dishes. Since Memorial Day is right around the corner, I decided to whip up a no bake lemon tart with only 5 ingredients so there's no fuss, and more importantly, no stress.

I made 2 single servings of mini tarts for mother's day so we wouldn't have any leftovers, but if you need a full pie, follow the second set of instructions. Also, this is way easier when you buy a pre-made graham cracker crust, but I decided to make mine from scratch.


2 SERVINGS

  • 1/2 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 4 Finely Chopped Graham Crackers
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Butter

FULL PIE

  • 2 - 14oz Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 package of Finely Chopped Graham Crackers
  • 1/3 C Sugar
  • 6 TBSP Butter
  1. Chop the Graham Crackers, melt the butter and add the sugar. Blend it together with a fork and press it into the bottom and sides of the pan.
  2. Mix sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together. Then pour it on top of the crust.
  3. Place it in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Top with fresh fruit or whipped cream and serve.
