I made 2 single servings of mini tarts for mother's day so we wouldn't have any leftovers, but if you need a full pie, follow the second set of instructions. Also, this is way easier when you buy a pre-made graham cracker crust, but I decided to make mine from scratch.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together. Then pour it on top of the crust.
- Place it in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Top with fresh fruit or whipped cream and serve.
